The socialism I believe in is everyone working for each other, everyone having a share of the rewards. It's the way I see football, the way I see life. - Bill Shankly

Spirit Of Shankly, ahead of our recent EGM, received a query from a member, Noel Murphy, regarding his position on the season ticket waiting list and questioning where returned season tickets go - to those on the waiting list or to corporate packages.
Following the response we received from Ian Ayre, indicating that they do issue new season tickets and that they do not go to corporate packages, we received further correspondence from Noel, who showed us a letter from LFC, dated 2009, that said he was top of the season ticket waiting list.
This was passed on to the club and we asked them to look into it on Noel's behalf.
We are pleased to announce that the club have admitted there was an administration problem and that they had overlooked Noel. As a result, he has been given full credit on his fancard for this season, and will be issued with a season ticket from next season.
As a Union we are here to represent our members on all issues regarding LFC. If you have any concerns or queries that you would like addressing, please contact Kieth Culvin, Club Liaison Officer at clubliaison@spiritofshankly.com
