Hillsborough 20th Anniversary

Wednesday 18th February 2009

Following enquiries from a number of members, the SOS Management Committee has discussed what, if any, role the organisation should play in marking the 20th Anniversary of the Hillsborough Disaster.

After careful consideration, it has been resolved that we will take the same position as we have done with other LFC supporter related issues where an organisation already exists.

SOS will therefore make its resources, lines of communication and support available to those groups that have campaigned tirelessly for justice for the bereaved and the survivors over the last 20 years.

We will be contacting these groups after the new committee is announced at next week's AGM to see how best we can help in their planning and preparation.
