Meeting with Thomas Cook: Action needed

Thomas cook, the official travel partners of Liverpool Football Club, have agreed to meet with a delegation from the Spirit of Shankly to discuss issues regarding the travel packages to European away matches and home games.
Spirit of Shankly would like to take this opportunity to request that members of the Liverpool Supporters Union raise any questions or queries they may have, regarding Thomas Cook.
Could members please try and make sure that concerns are genuine and accurate, and not just hearsay.
